Flat rate shipping is dependent on the size of the painting. I use UPS Ground. The painting will be insured in case anything should happen in transit. I will personally hand deliver FREE within 40 miles of Monroe Louisiana ONLY so if you live outside of the 40 mile radius, you must chose the shipping charge for delivery through UPS. All paintings are frameless unless otherwise stated.
